OFWIM is open to individuals and organizations involved in fish and wildlife information management. The membership year coincides with the calendar year, January 1st to December 31st.
Three types of individual memberships are available. Individual members in good standing are entitled to vote in OFWIM elections, participate in OFWIM committees, and hold office.
General Membership – $30
Student Membership – $10
Students currently enrolled in accredited graduate or undergraduate degree programs are invited to join OFWIM as Student Members. The Student Membership is valid for one calendar year (January-December), and may be renewed if the person continues to be officially enrolled in the degree program during the following calendar year. Students wishing to join OFWIM under the Student Membership must obtain the signature of their official faculty advisor on the membership application.
Retired Membership – $10
Retired persons with an interest in OFWIM and its objectives may join at the special retired rate. The individual need not have been an OFWIM member prior to retirement.
$150 annual dues cover 6 individuals for the price of 5!
State and federal government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other groups whose mission involves management of fish and wildlife populations or habitat, are encouraged to become OFWIM Organizational Members. Each Organizational Membership entitles the organization to six General Memberships with the same member privileges as Individual Members. The organization must list the names of the six individual members at the time of payment. An organization may have more than one Organizational Membership.
