Organization of Fish and Wildlife Information Managers
Discussion Listserv (OFWIM-L)
The Organization of Fish and Wildlife Information Managers (OFWIM) established a discussion
listserv in 2004 to reorganize and replace the former FWIM-L listserv. This list is an unmoderated discussion forum for professional information
managers and analysts in the fields of wildlife, fisheries, and land management. Emphasis will be on wildlife and fisheries applications. The purpose of OFWIM-L is to improve communication and technology transfer among biologists and others charged with the evaluation and application of emerging information technologies.
Thanks to the Conservation Management Institute at Virginia Tech for its assistance in enabling and
supporting the list!!
